Online registration is mandatory for all participants.
To submit an abstract you must first register to the congress.
Due to a limited number of registrations available for each Instructional Course it is advised to make a booking as soon as possible.
Registration for Instructional Courses is based on a ‘first come first served’ rule.
It is NOT possible to make an online hotel booking via the congress website.
In order to make the hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly (until the indicated deadline, list of preliminary booked hotels is listed in the ACCOMMODATION INFO section of the website).
September is a busy touristic period in Kraków, and it is advised to make early hotel booking to assure room availability.
