I learnt with great satisfaction that Krakow was selected to host the First World Congress of Neural Monitoring in Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery.
We feel privileged to host so many excellent specialists, representing leading surgery centres form around the world.
When the Jagiellonian University was established 650 years ago, our city became part of the European academic and educational community. The fact that our Alma Mater will host this world-class congress proves that the tradition lives on and Krakow remains a vital factor in the international scientific exchange.
Your presence in Krakow is a great honour for our city and the local medical community. It is also a highly appreciated gesture of acknowledgement for our university college hospital and the role of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in the shaping and promotion of state-of-the-art medical treatments in endocrine disorders.
Allow me to thank all the participants for accepting the invitation to Krakow.
